The day will incorporate teachings in

'Sacred geometry of the GrandMother and GrandFather Lodge site,

The Creation story invoked by doing a Sweat, meditation, personal prayer ties,

prayers, drumming, caring for others, connecting with the stone and standing (wood) beings,

the four elements and four directions and balancing the divine God and Goddess within yourself.

Please bring along any drums or rattles that you have.

After the Sweat Lodge we will share in a 'Feast' which is a sharing of food amongst
the participants. Hot drinks are provided etc throughout the day but please bring enough food for
your personal experience. However, eating a lot of food before the Ceremony is not advisable.
Please be aware that one should start detoxing 3- 5 days before.
So start cutting down on alcohol, tea, coffee, chocolates etc and drink more water so your body
can benefit from the purification of the Ceremony.

Appropriate clothing for a Sweat Lodge are shorts and a Tshirt, swimming costume etc and a towel.
Please do not wear your best as they will get dirty, so bring accordingly.
A full list of guidelines of what is needed will be sent to you
when your booking has been received.
