MANDALA AND CHANT EXPERIENCE

The workshop will start at 10 am and will finish at 4.30 pm

Morning Program
start 10 am

-Welcoming and 'Center-ing' Circle

-Talking Stick Circle

-Chanting Session
-Chanting techniques to balance the male and the female energies that resides within us.
-Observing the 'Duality' of Self and bringing yourself closer to your Divine Energy,
by using your voice and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls.

-Mandala and Me; -Becoming the Creator,
you will have the opportunity to paint your own Mandala,
inspired by your chanting experience of the morning.

Lunch

Afternoon Program

-Chanting Session
chanting techniques to guide you into your Higher Self, by using your voice and the sound of Tibetan singing bowls.

-Mandala Session
This specific technique connects with the Balance of Be-ing
and the understanding of what it means to go beyond the perception of the Self.

-Talking Stick circle

finish 4.30 pm

The workshop price is £ 45 per person

Please bring food to share for lunch, and wear loose comfortable clothes.
Feel free to bring your own meditation mats, pillows and blankets.
