Claudia van Zuiden is Dutch and has lived in Scotland for the last 17 years. She is a mother of two children and works part-time as a community psychiatric support nurse. She has a certificate in Counselling Skills, COSCA. Claudia teaches Reiki, in the Usui tradition. She also teaches Hatha Yoga and 5 Tibetan Yoga. Claudia is the creator of the Wo'Moon Circle of One.

Claudia has studied Buddhism for many years and has studied Indian Religious Traditions at Aberdeen University. To deepen her own spiritual development she travels to Nepal to attend ceremonies at Kopan Monastery. Claudia practices Reiki and drumming for healing techniques. She gives spiritual guidance by supporting people in using different relaxation techniques, practicing meditation, chanting, and by using the energy of sound to find their 'Inner Melody'.

Claudia travels internationally to share teachings she has received from different indiginous Shamanic practitioners. She is the co-creator of International Spirit.

She facilitates 'Butterfly Day Workshops' to create a safe and creative environment where people can explore, experience and share their spiritual journey. In her spare time, she travels the globe and takes photographs of Indigenous people and shares her photographic work with others, through exhibitions.
