Trude was born in Romania and came to Britain in 1972. In 1976 she
graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a BA in Archaeology
and Architectural Studies. The passion for ancient culture and
architecture has never left her.
"It was not till 2001 that I discovered the passion for Reiki
and in 2002,
I was attuned to the Reiki energy having always felt that I did
have something in my
hands and that I wanted to touch and help, when somebody was not
well."
Later she decided to achieve the next level in Reiki and at the
moment she is working on her Reiki Mastership, as she feels that
she is ready to
make a greater commitment to Reiki and healing.
"There can be no greater joy than seeing that you can help
and knowing
that you have made a difference."
Indian Head Massage was something else that followed naturally.
She feels that both complementary therapies have a lot to offer
to many people,
who might be stressed or might need help after an illness or sad
event or might need help in changing direction in life or to sort
themselves out, looking for some sort of guidance.
Trude believes that these
two therapies can help us in the following ways :
- Reiki can:
· increase inner harmony and ability to cope
· release suppressed emotions and past hurts
· give a more positive and confident outlook
· encourage to make changes
· lead to the discovery of hidden talents and creativity
· strengthen the natural self healing powers and the
immune system
· increase personal energy and vitality
· detoxify, deep cleanse the body
- Indian Head Massage on the other
hand is more targeted to the upper
back, neck shoulders head and face and it will:
- · relax the muscles
· release shoulder and neck stiffness
· improve blood circulation
· stimulate the flow of lymph
· improve circulation
· add joint mobility
· create calm and tranquillity
