Claudia teaches Hatha Yoga and has studied The Indian Religious traditions at Aberdeen University and
studied Tibetan Buddhism for the last ten years. She has had the honour of receiving teachings
of great Tibetan teaches in Nepal.(visits to Kopan Monastry in Nepal was a gateway to her
own spiritual development). On her journey in life, meditation on Tara has helped her to find the
stillness within. She can help you through guidance in meditation to connect and enjoy the beauty
you hold within your'self'.

She teaches yoga on Monday evenings at the Tornaveen hall, Aberdeenshire ,
various local schools and
is the co- creator of the 'Butterfly days' experience!!
