The Bowen Technique helps reset the body to heal itself.
The BowenTechnique consists of a series of gentle, rolling moves made with the practitioner's hands, fingers and thumbs over muscles tendons and ligaments. The moves can be made directly on the skin or though light clothing. There are frequent and important pauses throughout the session which allow the body to benefit from each set of moves. The practitioner can target a specific problem or address the body as a whole.

The Bowen Technique is truly holistic in it's approach. One Bowen move may address the entire system producing maximum results with minimal intervention. The technique addresses not only the musculoskeletal framework, but also the nervous and circulatory systems and internal organs. A treatment balances and restores energy flows, resulting in a deep sense of overall relaxation.

Equine Muscle Release Therapy (EMRT(tm)) is a gentle, relaxing, pain free treatment which involves series of gentle, non-invasive, rolling moves made at key points on the horse's body. The moves are made with the practitioner hands, fingers and thumbs. It is the sequence of these moves creates a circuit within the body, which can free congestion and enhance neural and circulatory transmission throughout the body.
