THE EXPERIENCE
9.30am - 4.30 pm

Prananyama (ancient breathing techniques & mudras related to nada yoga)

Nada Yoga toning through the chakras, followed by meditation “Who am I” with sound journey
(Didgeridoo, Gongs, Flute flowing into crystal bowls)
