BREEMIE STONE CIRCLE
Mid - Summer festival

Remarks

SACRED WAY STONE CIRCLE TOURS

Hi everybody !
Some people at the festival asked if we could have a 'remarks' page or a way of expressing
what they experienced at the festival...so here it is.
If there are any personal E mails that you would like removed please let me and it shall be done!

Thanks for all the feedback...
it really makes us (all the many background souls that made Breemie possible)
know it was worth the cold days and long nights/early mornings creating it!

Hi Jason... well done and that goes to you all that helped with this event, what a wonderful weekend.

I met some lovely people this weekend and the energies were enlightning. The masters were there and the angels.
I truly love the stones and if it's alright I would like to visit them, sit and meditate. I have already channelled a meditation
with these ancient stones and I want to say a big thankyou for inviting me along.

luv, peace and joy to you all for a wonderful weekend

Dear Jason,

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend, I had an amazing time with amazing people.

I was at your workshop on "creating or surviving your life" and am very interested in learning
a more spiritual way of life. It was so disheartening returning to Aberdeen city and back to a
momotenous reality of physical and emotional stress.

I hope you do have a workshop to teach your techniques so that I may go on with positive energy
and teach the importance of environmental stewardship
to the wider world.

Sorry, I've gone on a bit of a rant but it is just so refreashing to hear what I've been feeling.

Anyway, thank you again!

Love,

Eilidh

Thank you for having that dream 3 months ago :-)

The festival was magical and wonder-ful for me, on many levels . . .

I feel really blessed to have had the opportunity for those experiences.

Take care,

with lots of love and hugs,

Hi There,
just a few lines to congratulate you on the success of the festival. I had a great time..everyone was so friendly
and there was so much to see. I have been spreading the word,so I think you will see a lot of Carnoustie folk there next year!
I 've been practicing Reiki and Reflexology for a few years now so I would love the chance to help out next year, as I think I mentioned to you on the day.....

I'm sure this will be the first of many festivals..its a lovely place and people need something to bring them together.

Well Done!
All the Best, Sandra

Hi there,

I went to the festival in the evening and really enjoyed the music -especially Nicky Cairney at her very best
and her Dad's crew too.The venue was beautiful - a glorious spot with 360 degree views
and a great evening with the warm breeze on the hilltop rippling the banners, and the kites flying high above.

Thanks for all the effort in arranging it.

Georgina

Hi Jason,

I just thought I drop you a wee e-mail to let you know I had a fantastic time at your Midsummer festival
and am delighted to read you'll be having one next year.
I'll be letting my friends know and be looking out my tent next time so I can stay to watch the sun come up
(and help clear up the litter).

It felt particularly special to be a part of the closing ceremony fire walk through the two spirals
and I'm pretty sure, most if not all felt the same. I overheard one person ask their friend how they felt
to which they replied "spiritual" which I thought summed it all up pretty well.

If you have time to respond I was wondering if the fire walk was a traditional ceremony of pagan or celtic origin?

As a bit of feedback these are the things that made the festival for me -

The walk of fire
13 month calendar talk
The fire juggling, staff twirling and poi spinning
Bring your own booze policy
The music
All the cool people who were there.
See you next year

Thanks & regards

John

Hi Jason

Yours was the only email contact in the Sacred Way Website I could find.

I attended the Breemie Festival purely for Pleasure and thoroughly enjoyed it as many many others did also
and am really hoping it will go ahead again next year.

I would like to hire a stand as a Therapist and Healer and wonder if I could be put down on a tentative waiting list.

Regards Penny

Dear Jason,

Many thanks for asking me to tell stories at the Breemie Stone Circle Festival. It was good to meet you
and also to hear your talk on Saturday, there was a great deal of resonance in me with regard to many
of the things you said, from my own experiences I could affirm your expressed outlook and practical
approach to life............................

I enjoyed many of the performers particularly the overtone singer, and Paul Anderson playing his fiddle.
It was also a great delight for me to re-meet Nicola Cairney who was a pupil of mine for many years.
What an accomplished singer and composer! I had not seen her since she was 14.

With best wishes,
Sean Gordon

Hi Jason,

Thought you might like a copy of these photos for the record. Great festival, thanks! I can see it growing, a lot! :-)
Plenty of fields around to expand into! Say thanks to Alan (your partner in cosmic mischief) for me please.

Hopefully the stress of putting it together has not put you off making it happen again next year!

Maybe next year there can be a time of sacred focus in the stone circle, a meditation or sacred ceremony
of some kind? How about a
midday gathering?

See you next year if not before!

Hey Jason!

How are you doing?

I trust that you’ve had some space to recover from a truly remarkable and fantastic weekend.

Great to see that you managed to get a page up so quickly – it’s easy for people to feel a little lost
after such a moment of shift.

I didn’t get back here until Monday morning in the end – I was so exhausted that I simply had to stop en route,
and slept most of Monday too.

The Labyrinth aerial shots were taken by SIMON HARBORD and always need to be credited to him.

Thanks again for inviting me to be part of such a special venture.

Love,

Maria xxx

NOTE: MARIA WAS THE GNOME WHO DESIGNED THE LABYRINTH WITH BARRY(NO DECRIPTION FOR BARRY...ALTHOUGH 'BALROG' COMES TO MIND :) AND SHE LIVES IN ENGLAND..A LONG DRIVE HOME,
Thanks M ...the Labyrinth is still growing.... next time you are up it might be a dyke(wall)!)

****************************************************

Congratulations!!

To you and Alan for having the balls to get this things going, and making it such a success.

Well done. Blessings to you both.

Chris

Dear Jason,

Thank you for all the beautiful things, that were organised for all of us.

Thanks to all concerned who made that festival possible. There was such a great atmosphere there
and the spirit of the place just seemed to come
alive. I would like to take friends back to the circle and labyrinth,
would
that be possible? I sure would not like to upset the owner of the field.

The poem about the stone circle was so wonderful. Who wrote that and would it be possible to get a copy of it?

Sandra and I were very taken with it and next year she will bring all her friends with her from Carnoustie.

I really enjoyed being fully booked on the day and I had great fun giving people a head massage or reiki.
It was no bother even though it was hot. There was something about the energy in the tent that was magical
and that took away all trace of tiredness. I felt energised and could have stayed
even longer on the job.

Thanks again, it sure was great meeting you.

If you are doing a charity event and need my complementary therapies, do not hesitate to let me know.

All the very best and thanks again

Next time?

I am so interested in stone circles, could you tell me about the history of this festval, I have never heard of it before,
How far back are its origins? I was not able to come to this one, Ii plan to set time aside for next year, it sounds like everyone had the most magical of times!

I realy am sad to have missed out. Can you give me the date for next year and let me know if there is anything i can do to help, I am am a experienced past life regression therapist and I am sure that this spiritual space would have much to offer.
Bryan

Will there be a next time?

I really don't know folks.....it looks like on the 'People' side we all want one...we all need one.

All told on the day we had about 3500 souls in the circle...
from the wee one of 3 weeks old to the 'elders' and all inbetween!
What a fantastic collection of souls to bless this new sacred place!

We also look like we will be able to pay our bills from 'Sacred Porta Loos' to awsome tractor drivers to
teenagers on the gates who did not expect a penny. Many people gave of their time, creative genious, tents,
turf breaking, stone carrying time and unfortunately there is not enough pennies to give them or us for that
not that they expect it or are asking. But we would have liked to!

Could we do it again so cheaply and pass the benefit onto you?
I don't know.... would you support it, pay more and buy your tickets before hand to a 4000 'soul' limit!
You did not know what to expect and we had to make it feasable that you might take a chance on a new
experience without breaking the bank and get you into the circle experience!

So many people liked the fact that it was not overcrowded and the kids could play safely...so did we!

Let us know your comments and commitments and maybe we can do it again if we all create together in the circle!

We might be having day events like BBQ's and kite flying days during the year to raise funds for the
mid Summer Festival next year..we would have liked to have a bit in the bank to kick start us for next year..
that has not happened so any other 'fun' raising ideas for the festival would be great to help the 'fund'.

Maybe you would like to get married in the circle and have your reception there to etc. We are open
to all creative proposals..lets keep the people in the circle. That's what it was made for !

Blessings to you all in the forthcoming times...may balance beauty and harmony always be in your minds and lives.

Lotsa love
