She has had a life-long interest in personal development and helping people. She
came across ‘energy’ relatively early in her life through Tai Chi and
meditation and continued practising these on and off whilst working as a
careers adviser for 10 years. Beatte discovered both Reiki and Relaxation and
their benefits during her second pregnancy and incorporated them into her
other ‘energy’ activities.
Beate said, "What I love about Reiki and Relaxation is that
they are such empowering therapies that enables you to take charge of your
wellbeing, and more if you let it. After a while I felt so strongly that
Reiki and Relaxation are such direct and positive ways for a person to
experience wellbeing, balance, confidence and health that I decided to
become a Reiki Practitioner and Relaxation Coach."

She holds Reiki Certificates 1, 2 and Advanced Level in the Usui System of Natural Healing,
plus the SNHS Diploma in Professional Relaxation Therapy.
