Karen started her journey into the world of healing and complementary
therapies in 1998 as a way of healing herself physically, emotionally
and spiritually and she hasn't stopped since !
"I fully believe that we are ' spiritual beings living a human
existance' and find that a combination of therapies is the key to
good health and personal development by fully integrating mind, body
and soul."

She has a lovely therapy room based in Aberdeen where she practices her
therapies and also offers small group or one-to-one teaching in
Reiki and Karuna up to Master/Teacher level. In my practice I offer
Aromatherapy massage and Holistic facials, Reflexology, Indian Head
massage, Reiki, Stressbusters [2 therapies combined], and all
aspects of Hypnotherapy including Past Life recall and therapy.

Therapies on offer at the festival will be
Indian Head massage, Reflexology, Reiki,
arm/hand and foot massage.
